With the collection’s focus on easy layering and color-blocked bras and bikinis, VPL’s Victoria Bartlett has a knack for resort. This time, she paired those graphic swim and innerwear styles with sheer grandfather cardigans and tanks, at times worn with shorts over leggings. Bartlett also likes the contradiction of draping and structure, even with her most severe shapes, such as a long navy and olive column with web accents.
